Our team will undertake a full financial review of your business or specific asset (property etc). This will enable us to determine the underlying causes of your present level of indebtness. We will then proceed to draft a detailed Statement of Affairs to determine the most appropriate course of action to be undertaken. 

The options opened to the client will vary depending on individual circumstances.  However the most popular options that clients enter into with their respective creditors are as follows:

• An Informal Scheme of Arrangement - A voluntary arrangement-No court Approval required.

• A formal scheme of arrangement – court-approved scheme (60% Creditor approval required)

For Clients with secured debts we will endeavour to seek on your behalf either a formal extension of the loan term or a declared moratorium on the secured asset. In some cases, a creditor may seek a timely disposal of the asset in question. In this scenario we will try to achieve an orderly disposal of the asset on behalf of our client(s).
